- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp hemps
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- enough milk
- olive oil for pan
- a pinch of BSoda

- Mash banana
- Mix dry
- Mix in wet plus banana
- Brush olive oil on pan
- Make pancake
