Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 15 dkg flour
  • 3 dl milk
  • 1 dl soda water
  • a pinch of salt
  • sugar
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  • Mix the eggs with the sugar, salt, half of the milk and the flour in a deep bowl until lump-free (!!!!!!!!), add the rest of the liquid and mix well. The dough should be thin and creamy. If you find it too thick, you can dilute it with milk or soda. If it is too thin, you can thicken it with eggs or flour. Before baking min. let it rest for half an hour (!!!!!!!!!!), then add a little more oil before directly baking. Put a drop of oil in the pancake maker, heat it up, then fry both sides of the dough. It is enough to put a small spoonful of dough in the oven, because it will be too thick.
