Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1 c milk
  • 4 c strong baker’s flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp peanut oil
  • 6 c hot boiling water

Instructions

  • Filling of your choice (jam, Nutella, chocolate malt drink powder, etc)
  • In a food processor, mix eggs, essence, and milk until completely combined
  • In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, then pour in eggs mixture and stir in peanut oil
  • Pour in hot boiling water, 1 c at a time, then strain mixture
  • Let rest at room temperature for an H or at least 20-30 mins
  • Stir before cooking
  • Brush pan with unsalted butter lightly, then pour a ladle of batter, make thin pancake (almost like crepes), cook for 2-3 mins, no need to flip
  • Lay a skin on a plate, spread filling of your choice, roll and serve
  • Enjoy!
