Overnight Oats or Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp black sesame powder mix with 7 tbsp one minute oats
  • Top with a handful of Caribbean fruits mangoes, peaches, strawberries
  • Sprinkle with 1 tbsp purple yam powder
  • 1 heaping tsp green tea powder mixed with 7 tbsp oats
  • Half of the jars topped with berry cherry medley while the other half topped with summer fruit salad (pineapple, peach, grapes, strawberries, melon)

Instructions

  • Will be adding water, either condensed coconut milk, and/or brown sugar/white sugar - for smoothie
  • Will be adding almond milk and brown sugar for overnight oats
  • Will be adding as mentioned above, plus frozen spinach if it's for smoothie
