Overnight Oats or Smoothies

Ingredients

tbsp
black sesame powder mix with 7 tbsp one minute oats
Top with a handful of Caribbean fruits
mangoes, peaches, strawberries
Sprinkle with 1 tbsp purple yam powder
1
heaping tsp green tea powder mixed with 7 tbsp oats
Half of the jars topped with berry cherry medley
while the other half topped with summer fruit salad (pineapple, peach, grapes, strawberries, melon)
Instructions
Will be adding water, either condensed coconut milk, and/or brown sugar/white sugar - for smoothie
Will be adding almond milk and brown sugar for overnight oats
Will be adding as mentioned above, plus frozen spinach if it's for smoothie
