Oven Baked Macaroni and Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of macaroni elbow pasta (500 g)
  • 1 bag of lean ground beef 500 g
  • 1 small onion
  • 5 garlic
  • 1 can of condensed mushroom soup 284 ml
  • 1 can of button mushroom 284 ml
  • 1/2 can of water using the can for condensed soup
  • 2 tsp crushed parsley
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • Freshly grated nutmeg to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • 1 heaping tbsp chicken bouillon powder or to taste
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • Pizza cheese or grater cheese, as much as needed/wanted

Instructions

  • Dice onion and garlic, set to sits
  • Drain the mushroom, dice or chop, set to side
  • Cook pasta until al dente in salted water
  • Meanwhile, brown the ground beef, then dump beef into a large bowl
  • Using the same pan, saute onion and garlic til soften, then add into the large bowl
  • Drain pasta, and add it to the large bowl as well
  • Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl, mix to combine, then pour into the bowl, mix again
  • Add in a handful of grated cheese, mix to combine, then spread mixture onto a baking pan that’s been lined with parchment paper
  • Top with more grated cheese, covering the surface
  • Bake on preheated 350 F for 30-40 mins
  • Slice and serve 😊
