Shrimps Stir Fry with Coriander Leaves

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen shrimps peeled
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 c unsalted butter
  • 6 garlic sliced
  • 1/4 c diced onion
  • 2 bird eye chilies
  • Mushroom granules to taste
  • Vegeta powder to taste

Instructions

  • Saute garlic, onion, chilies in butter until soften and fragrant
  • Stir in cleaned shrimps for a min, then stir in coriander leaves
  • Season
  • That's it :)
