Oseng-Oseng Kubis

Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 med onion
  • 6 garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 small cabbage head slice thinly
  • 1 bunch cilantro slice thinly
  • A small plate of beansprouts
  • 1 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 small cans carrots and peas
  • Chicken bouillon powder to taste
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste

Instructions

  • Slice thin onion and garlic, then saute in butter until fragrant and soften
  • Stir in ground beef, cook on low-med heat until browning and no juice in the pan, stirring often
  • Add in veggies, cook until veggies tender. If needed, pour in a little beef broth if not water
  • Season!
  • Serve as is or with warm rice.
