Oseng-Oseng Kacang Panjang

Ingredients

  • 500 g lean ground beef
  • 1 bag Chinese Long Beans
  • 1 medium onion
  • 7 garlic
  • 1 red bird eye chilies
  • 1/2 c Broth/water
  • Chicken bouillon powder to taste
  • Oyster sauce to taste
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste

Instructions

  • Slice/cut long beans, soak in a bowl of water
  • Slice thinly onion, chili, and garlic, then brown the beef. Once beef is browned, stir in onion, chili, and garlic slices, stir fry for a minute or two, until softened and fragrant, on medium heat
  • Add in long beans, stir well
  • Then pour in broth or water, stir
  • Season and continue cooking until long beans tender
  • Serve immediately with warm rice and enjoy😊
