Orange Ginger Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 c soy curls soaked in hot water, 4 mins, drain
  • 1 tbsp diced onion
  • 1 garlic sliced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 pouch of VH orange ginger sauce
  • At least 1 c snap peas

Instructions

  • Heat oil and saute garlic, onion
  • Stir in snap peas and soy curls for a minute or two then stir in sauce
  • Cook for another 2 mins
  • Serve with hot rice
