Orange Ginger Beef Stir Fry

soy curls
soaked in hot water, 4 mins, drain
1
tbsp
diced onion
1
garlic
sliced

tbsp
cooking oil
1/2
pouch of VH orange ginger sauce
At least 1 c snap peas
Instructions
Heat oil and saute garlic, onion
Stir in snap peas and soy curls for a minute or two then stir in sauce
Cook for another 2 mins
Serve with hot rice
