No Dye Red Velvet Nutella Dollops

strong baker’s flour

tsp
BSoda
A pinch of salt

tsp
cocoa powder
1-2
tsp
beetroot powder
2
eggs
1/2
c
peanut oil
1/4
c
yogurt
1/4
c
sugar
may have missed mentioning it
3
tsp
vanilla essence
2
tbsp
packed dark brown sugar
Instructions
Nutella for topping
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a food processor, mix eggs, oil, sugars, yogurt and vanilla essence
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, mix until completely combined
Drop by a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, top with a dollop Nutella on each
Bake for 8-12 mins on preheated 350 F
Cool on rack and enjoy!
