No Dye Red Velvet Nutella Dollops

Ingredients

  • 2.5 c strong baker’s flour
  • 1 tsp BSoda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tsp beetroot powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c peanut oil
  • 1/4 c yogurt
  • 1/4 c sugar may have missed mentioning it
  • 3 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp packed dark brown sugar

Instructions

  • Nutella for topping
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • In a food processor, mix eggs, oil, sugars, yogurt and vanilla essence
  • Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, mix until completely combined
  • Drop by a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, top with a dollop Nutella on each
  • Bake for 8-12 mins on preheated 350 F
  • Cool on rack and enjoy!
