Nasi Goreng Daging

Ingredients

  • 4 serving cooked rice
  • 250 g ground beef
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tsp ready to use minced garlic
  • 8 baby carrots sliced
  • 1 tin corn kernels
  • Vegeta powder to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • Mushroom granules to taste
  • And additional garlic powder if you like
  • 3 tbsp each sweet soy sauce and ketchup
  • 4-5 green onions

Instructions

  • Brown beef
  • Stir in sliced onion and minced garlic
  • Add in baby carrots, cook for 3 mins
  • Add in corn, stir
  • Add in rice and the rest of the ingredients
  • Adjust flavoring, stir in sliced green onions
  • Serve
