cooked rice
enough for 4-6 servings

large beef sausage/wieners
thinly sliced

box smoked oyster in oil
drain, don’t rinse
4
eggs
1
can sweet corn kernels
drain

tbsp
chives
garlic powder
onion powder, Vegeta powder, mushroom granules, ground white pepper, to taste
Instructions
Melt butter, scrambled eggs. Stir in sliced wieners, cook for 5 mins
Stir in cooked rice, cook 5 mins
Add seasonings, adjust to your liking
Stir in smoked oyster and lastly corn kernels, cook 5-8 minutes
Add in chives, cook 2 mins
Serve immediately
