Naan
cheese and garlic flavored flatbread

- 1/2 c lukewarm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 c strong baker's flour
- 1/2 c to 250 ml sour cream explained in the vid!
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1-2 handful double cheddar cheese
- 1-2 tsp sea salt
Sprinkle sugar and yeast in water, let stand until softened
In a bowl, mix flour, sour cream, garlic, oil, cheese and salt
Pout in yeast, knead
Let rest from 15 to 60 mins (until doubled in size)
Cut into portions, roll flat, fry on non stick pan
