Mixed Nuts Brownies

Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder
- A dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp BP
- 100 ml cooking oil
- 200 ml warm water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 c mixed nuts filbert, Brazil but, pecan, almond, cashew, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 F
- Mix dry, make a well in center
- Pour in wet ingredients
- Mix to just combine
- Pour batter into parchment lined pan
- Sprinkle top with chopped nuts
- Bake for 35-40 mins
- Cool on rack and enjoy!
