Milky Custard

Ingredients
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 tbsp milk l'arome paste
Instructions
- scald milk, careful not to burn
- take off from heat
- add in beaten egg and stir well
- add in milk paste, stir
- add in cornstarch, stir to no clump
- bring back to stove on low-medium heat and keep stirring til thicken
