Mezes Kremes

Ingredients

  • 10 dkg of granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 4 dkg of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 35 dkg of flour
  • half a liter of milk
  • 5 tablespoons of flour
  • 20 dkg of butter
  • 20 dkg of powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Mix 10 dkg of granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 4 dkg of butter over steam. When it is foamy, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Take it off the heat and let it cool, then mix in 35 dkg of flour and knead it. Cut it into three parts and bake the sheets. For the cream, boil half a liter of milk with 5 tablespoons of flour into a cream. Mix 20 dkg of butter with 20 dkg of powdered sugar and add to the cooled flour milk.
  • Fill the cooled sheets and put chocolate glaze on top.
  • Let it stand for a day to soften
