Soak beans overnight, rinse, discard skins. This is a repetitive step, until all skins gone, you have to rinse beans, discard skin, repeat.
Place cleaned beans into pot, fill up enough water to cover it, add in vinegar bring to boil for 1 H
Scoop out floating skins during boiling
Strain, cool to room temperature
Sprinkle with yeast, mix to combine
Package, poke holes on the packaging (if its not banana leaves)
Ferment for overnight
