Melt In Your Mouth Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 c smooth and creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 tsp BSoda
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 tbsp coconut palm sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp aquafaba
Instructions
- Mix dry, mix wet, then mix together
- Preheat oven 350 while dough resting in the freezer for 5-10 mins
- Drop by tablespoonful and flatten it a bit
- Bake for 8 mins, let rest on baking sheet for a min then onto cooking rack
