garlic and onion powder

Tamari
soy sauce
A pinch white pepper powder
1/4 - 1/2
tsp
salt
depending your sauce, low sodium or not
Stew
1
can
798 ml diced tomatoes
1/2
large onion

tsp
sugar
A pinch of white pepper powder

tsp
Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Instructions
Mix ingredients and shape into meatballs, set aside
Bring tomatoes, onion, sugar, pepper, Worcestershire, and salt to boil for 5 mins
Add in meatballs, cook for at least half H, on medium heat
Serve with rice or pasta or subway bread/buns
