Meatballs Stew

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 150 g ground beef
  • 3/4 c bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic and onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tamari soy sauce
  • A pinch white pepper powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt depending your sauce, low sodium or not

Stew

  • 1 can 798 ml diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • A pinch of white pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients and shape into meatballs, set aside
  • Bring tomatoes, onion, sugar, pepper, Worcestershire, and salt to boil for 5 mins
  • Add in meatballs, cook for at least half H, on medium heat
  • Serve with rice or pasta or subway bread/buns
