Matcha Chocolate Dipped Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2.5 c flour
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp double acting BP
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c peanut oil

Chocolate Dip

  • 1 handful semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp peanut oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix flour, BP, salt, and matcha powder until well combined
  • Using food processor, mix eggs, oil, and sugar until combined
  • Pour eggs mixture into dry ingredients bowl, until completely combined, then scoop per tablespoon
  • Bake cookies for 8-10 mins on preheated 350 F, cool on rack to room temperature
  • Once cookies are cooled, mix chocolate chips with peanut oil, melt in microwave for 30 seconds, take out, stir, then melt again for 20 seconds, stir to complete melt texture
  • Dip cookies and let stand on cooling rack until chocolate harden, then store in cookie jar
  • Enjoy!
