Matcha and Lilac Jelly Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tbsp BP
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c lilac jelly that we prepared the other day
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c of milk
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil optional
  • Lilac jelly
  • Fresh lilac florets

Instructions

  • Mix flour, baking powder, matcha powder and salt in a bowl, set to side
  • In a food processor, mix jelly, eggs and milk until completely combined
  • Pour liquid into dry ingredients’ bowl, mix to just combine
  • Divide into 6 and bake for 15-18 mins on preheated 400 F
  • Take out muffins of pan, right away brush with jelly (and press a floret on each if you’d like to)
