Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons salted margarine or as desired
  • 1/8 cup evaporated milk
  • water
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 4-5 large potato
  • 1/2 - 1 onion

Instructions

  • Peel the skin of potato, wash clean, cut into medium cubes, bring to a boil, and boil until tender.
  • Meanwhile, chopped onion
  • Put the tender potato in a large bowl. Mash it. Add other ingredients while mashing the warm potato. Mix well with wooden spoon.
  • Do all the mashing and mixing ingredients while potato still hot/warm. You can warm it a bit when its still needed in a microwave for 5 minutes.
