baked beef curry omelet

Ingredients

  • 500 g lean ground beef
  • 1-2 Green cardamom
  • 1-2 White cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp each ground coriander and ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and cayenne powder
  • 1 large onion dice
  • 1 beef cubes
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 tsp BSoda
  • 1 tbsp crushed chives
  • 1 tbsp sliced green onion
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
  • Acar bawang for serving fresh cucumber pickles salad

Instructions

  • Crush cardamom, mustard seeds and coriander seeds, then dry fry or toast them with the rest of the spices
  • Brown the beef then stir in onion and beef cubes, cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Preheat oven to 400 F and grease a rectangular pan, set aside
  • Whip the eggs until fluffy then fold in the rest of the ingredients
  • Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 20 minutes
  • Serve with fresh cucumber pickles salad
