Marbled Nutella Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 c strong baker’s flour
  • 1 tbsp double acting BP
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c milk
  • 6 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 12 tsp Nutella

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix flour, BP and salt
  • In another bowl, using balloon whisk, mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and peanut oil
  • Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients, mix until just combined
  • Preheat oven to 400 F, grease large muffin pan
  • Scoop 1/4 c of batter to pan, top each with 1 tsp Nutella, then top again with another 1/4 c batter (the recipe makes 6 muffins)
  • Lastly, top with another 1 tsp Nutella. Using a toothpick, swirl the top Nutella, creating marble effect
  • Bake muffins for 15-18 mins
  • Cool on rack and enjoy!
