Ingredients

Tempe Goreng

  • 1 large block of tempeh
  • 1/3 c water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp coriander ground
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Perkedel Korned

  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 large yolks
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp Vegeta powder
  • 1/4 c bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg white beaten

Oseng-Oseng

  • Mixed veggies of your choice fresh or frozen, such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic sliced
  • 1/4 large onion sliced
  • Vegeta powder to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp mushroom granules
  • 1 - 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 - 1/3 c water

Instructions

Tempe Goreng

  • Cut tempeh into portions
  • Mix water and spices
  • Marinade tempeh slices

Perkedel Korned

  • Mix and shape into balls, then flatten.
  • Roll corned beef into egg white
  • Enough vegetable oil for frying
  • Heat oil, fry tempeh and corned beef

Oseng-Oseng

  • Heat oil, saute garlic and onion
  • Stir in veggies
  • Season and pour in water
  • Cook til veggies soften
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Sambal (Indonesian hot sauce), for serving, optional
  • Serve stir fry with tempeh, corned beef, warm rice and sambal, if using
