Ingredients

milk
4
eggs
separate yolks from whites
Enough sugar
about 4-6 tbsp, depending your liking

envelope vanilla sugar
Instructions
Bring milk to boil
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk yolks with enough sugar and vanilla sugar
On a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, adding 1 tbsp sugar, a little at a time
Once milk is fully boiled, take off milk from stove
Take out a little milk, stir into yolk mixture
Pour yolk mixture into the pot, stir quickly, then top with whipped egg whites/meringue
Serve immediately
Notes
you can also top boiled milk with egg whites first, let it boil a bit, then stir in yolk mixture
