Ingredients

  • Spring roll wrapper
  • 500 g lean ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tbsp chopped Chinese celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 egg
  • A small bowl of water
  • Vegetable oil for brushing

Instructions

  • If your wrappers is frozen, thaw in the fridge overnight
  • In a bowl, mix everything with a spoon
  • Lay a wrapper, add 1 generous tbsp filling, shape/wrap into a long envelope, securing edges with dab of water here and there
  • Lay filled rolls on your air fryer basket, brush lightly with vegetable oil and air fry at 400 F for 18-20 mins
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
