air fry Indonesian spring rolls

- Spring roll wrapper
- 500 g lean ground chicken
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 green onions
- 2 tbsp chopped Chinese celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 egg
- A small bowl of water
- Vegetable oil for brushing
If your wrappers is frozen, thaw in the fridge overnight
In a bowl, mix everything with a spoon
Lay a wrapper, add 1 generous tbsp filling, shape/wrap into a long envelope, securing edges with dab of water here and there
Lay filled rolls on your air fryer basket, brush lightly with vegetable oil and air fry at 400 F for 18-20 mins
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
