Low Carb Pancake

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops whey protein powder vanilla would be best
  • an egg
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 tsp each of salt baking soda, and vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and pour enough onto the pan each time
  • Once one side has holes all over, turn over and give a light press with spoon evenly
  • Take off from pan and place onto serving plate
  • Serve with low carb syrup or jam
