In a bowl, stir sugar into lukewarm water, then stir in yeast, let stand 5-10 mins
In a larger bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt, then pour in yeast, knead
Knead in butter then let rest covered for 20-30 mins
Preheat oil to fry
Divide dough into 2 large langos or 4-6 smaller size langos
Fry til browning, flipping once.
Brush langos with garlic oil, sprinkle with salt, serve. You can also brush with garlic oil, spread sour cream, and top with grated cheese, and serve
