Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 tsp BSoda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 c water
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Mexican vanilla extract

Chocolate Sauce/Syrup

  • 1/4 c + 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegan margarine
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 14 c hot boiling water
  • Unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • Melted DF choc chips

Decorations

  • Chocolate sticks/chocolate coated cookie sticks/chocolate coater pretzels whichever you like
  • Eye candies homemade or storebought - no shellac, no confectioner glaze

Instructions

  • Mix dry mix in wet
  • Bake 350 F preheated convection oven for 20-40 mins

Chocolate Sauce

  • Mix everything
  • Dampened cake with sauce, coat with coconut
