A pinch of fine sea salt

Mexican vanilla blend

sunflower oil
Chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Mix yeast into lukewarm coconut milk, let stand until bubble
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl
Pour in yeast mixture, let rest covered, 15 mins
Brush pan with sunflower oil
Cook cake for 8 mins on low-med heat
