Indonesian potato mud cake

Ingredients
- 150 g potatoes
- 125 g margarine
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- 1 can coconut milk warmed
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 250 g flour
- Raisins
Instructions
- In microwave, steam cubed potatoes
- Mash potato with margarine
- Add in the rest of the ingredients, whisk to combine nicely
- Cook using specific mold (I use hamburger maker)
- Pour amount of batter, top with raisin
