of large onion

Enough water

bay leaves

bouillon cubes

peppercorns
Roux
1/3

flour

paprika powder
Enough milk
Instructions
Peel and cube potatoes
Place all ingredients into a pot
Bring to boil til soften
Season
Make roux if you are not lazy, otherwise just mix roux ingredients in a cup, then pour into pot to thicken the stew
Serve immediately
