Indonesian banana dessert

Ingredients

  • 10 Thai banana
  • 130 g cubed cassava
  • 130 g cubed yams
  • 1/2 scant cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1/4 scat cup sugar
  • A generous pinch of salt
  • 1 screwpine leaf knotted
  • 400 ml light coconut milk
  • 400 ml full fat coconut milk

Instructions

  • Boil everything but banana, until somewhat tender (15 mis)
  • Add in sliced bananas, boil another 10-15 mins until cassava and yams tender
