Indonesian banana dessert

- 10 Thai banana
- 130 g cubed cassava
- 130 g cubed yams
- 1/2 scant cup coconut palm sugar
- 1/4 scat cup sugar
- A generous pinch of salt
- 1 screwpine leaf knotted
- 400 ml light coconut milk
- 400 ml full fat coconut milk
Boil everything but banana, until somewhat tender (15 mis)
Add in sliced bananas, boil another 10-15 mins until cassava and yams tender
