Ingredients
- 1 c df butter golden shortening or margarine
- 2/3 c sugar superfine
- 1/2 tbsp Mexican vanilla
- 2 c flour
- Jam of your choice
Instructions
- Beat fat and sugar
- Beat in vanilla
- Mix in flour
- Shape into balls and press center with your thumb
- Place 1 tsp jam
- Bake 10 mins on preheated 350 F convection oven
