Make fine paste of candlenuts, garlic, onion, using mortar and pestle
Add in coriander, turmeric, ginger powder, cayenne powder, sunflower oil, lime juice, mix well
Mix in sweet soy sauce and salt to taste
Rub paste all over cleaned fish, marinade for 15 mins
Grill until well cooked. The leftover of the marinade can be mixed with a little sweet soy sauce, for brushing fish while grilling, for extra flavor!

Serve grilled fish with the sauce
