Ingredients
Yeast
- 1 1/2 c lukewarm water
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
Dough
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Topping
- 1 tin tomato paste
- Oregano dry
- Basil dry
- 1-2 c cooked beef sausage
- Grated marble cheese
- Grape tomatoes
Instructions
- Bloom yeast first for 10 mins
- Knead in dough ingredients
- Let rest until doubled in side
- Roll flat round
- Poke holes with a fork
- Preheat oven 425 F convection oven
- Bake crust minutes
- Take out crust
- Spread with tomato paste
- Sprinkle with a little oregano and basil
- Top with frozen beef sausage
- Cover with grated cheese
- Top with grape tomatoes, sliced
- Bake for another 15 mins
