Holiday Beads Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c unsalted butter
  • 1 c icing sugar
  • 2 c strong baker’s flour
  • 1 pouch vanilla sugar
  • 1 heaping tbsp cocoa powder
  • Hundreds and thousands little beads/mini beads/mini sugar pearls

Instructions

  • In a bowl, cream butter and icing sugar
  • In another bowl, mix flour, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder, then add mixture into creamed butter, a little at a time
  • Scoop dough and shape into balls/rounds, then roll them into hundreds and thousands, place on cookie sheet, flattened a bit
  • Bake cookies for 8-10 mins on preheated 350 F
  • Cook completely before storing
