Hoisin Sauce Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of bean sprouts
  • 1 bag of baby Bok Choy
  • 1 box of medium-firm tofu cubed
  • 4 baby carrots super thinly sliced
  • 1/2 of a medium size onion sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Hoisin sauce
  • sesame oil
  • Kikkoman soy sauce less sodium
  • Vegeta powder

Instructions

  • Heat oil, saute garlic and onion, carrots until fragrant
  • Stir in rinsed sprouts and bokchoy cover and cook for 3 minutes
  • Uncover, add in cubed Tofu, season with sauces and powder, stir
  • Cover back and cook for another 4-5 minutes
  • Serve immediately with warm rice
