Ingredients

  • 40 dkg flour
  • 20 kg of butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • ½ packet of baking powder

Instructions

  • We divide it, stretch it, tear it out, and put piles of walnuts on top. Whip the egg whites and add 25 dkg of ground nuts, this will go on top of the dough, plus 20 dkg of powdered sugar. If it has cooled, stick it together with jam and roll it in powdered sugar.
