Soak soy curls in enough hot boiling water for 3 minutes, drain, set aside
Heat oil, saute til soften, stir in dill followed with zucchini. Cook on medium heat.
Pour in 1 can of mushroom/vegetable broth (400 ml) and 3 cups of water.
Add in the rest of the veggies, bring to boil for 12-15 minutes.
Stir in soaked soy curls
Seaon with Vegeta seasoning or buillon powder, if not sugar, salt, pepper
Diluted flour in water, pour into pot, cook for another 5-8 mins
Serve immediately.
