Ground Beef Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 3 tsp BP
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of garlic powder
  • A pinch of sweet paprika powder edes paprika
  • 1 1/4 c milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c melted unsalted butter
  • Left over ground beef from savory muffins we made the other day

Instructions

  • Mix flour, salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika powder and baking powder in a bowl, make a well on center.
  • Pour in milk, crack in an egg, and add in melted butter, mix, then add in cooked ground beef. Mix until completely combined.
  • Preheat pancake maker and brush surface with unsalted butter. Drop batter per 1/2 c, cook for 2 mins, flip, and cook for another 2 mins.
  • Serve immediately or at room temperature, as is or with ketchup or Sriracha. So good!
