Beat aquafaba and cream of tartar until frothy, beat in berry sugar a little at a time, until stiff
Place green tea in a 1/2 c measuring cup, fill up with almond meal
Sift along with icing sugar
Fold in dry mixture into beaten aquafaba, add in green food coloring
Pipe and let stand 2 H then bake in preheated 200 F for 30-35 mins, let stand for 15 mins
Heat milk 1 min in microwave, stir in chocolates to melt, let stand til thicken
Pipe ganache on cookies and sandwich them, chill a couple of H or overnight is best
