Hungarian chestnut puree/spread
4
scoops of vanilla ice cream
whipped cream
cherries or any other fruits desired
optional
Instructions
Place 2 scoops each of vanilla ice in 2 servings bowls.
Using garlic presser/mash potato masher push through chestnut puree, into a bowl, about 1/4 cup each to each serving bowls.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with fruit.
