General Tso Fried "Rice"

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c water
  • 1 c couscous
  • 2 tbsp vegan margarine
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 c soy curls soak in hot water for 1 minute, drain
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1/4 c frozen brussel sprouts rinse
  • 1/2 c frozen sliced okra rinse
  • 1/4 of small onion sliced
  • 1 garlic sliced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 package general tso's sauce
  • Hungarian Vegeta powder or veggie bouillon powder

Instructions

  • Bring water to boil, add in couscous margarine and salt, stir
  • Lower heat and cook until water is absorbed
  • Take off from heat
  • Heat oil, saute onion and garlic
  • Stir in veggies, cover and cook for 5 mins
  • Stir in the rest and cook for 2 mins
