French Bread (Baguette)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions

  • Process on Basic Bread or French Bread setting OR knead with hand, works either way 🙂
  • Shape into logs, slice/scores for steam to release
  • Bake on preheated 450 F with a pan of water in the oven, for 10 mins. Take out the water, and continue baking for 20-30 mins!
