Ingredients
- 250 g ground beef brown
- 1 small onion
- 4 garlic
- 1 small bag frozen mixed Macedonian veggies corn, peas, carrots, green beans, Lima beans, give a quick rinse
- 900 ml vegetable broth
- 500 ml water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tbsp Vegeta powder
- 2/3 c flour
- 4 x 1/3 c water
- 1 tbsp mushroom granules
Instructions
- Brown meat, stir in sliced onion and garlic
- Add in veggies, broth and water
- Boil for 20 mins
- Season with bouillon, mushroom granules, and Vegeta powder
- In a bowl or cup, mix flour and water
- Pour in flour mixture to thicken soup
- Serve warm
