Fluffy Pancake

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil/melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- water as needed
- 1 whole egg
- pancake syrup butter flavored
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients; add enough water and milk, batter should not be too thick, nor too liquidly.
- Heat your pancake griddle or nonstick pan, pour enough batter, cook until golden brown, serve with syrup.
