Fluffy Chicken Taco Steamed Buns

A pinch of white pepper powder
A generous pinch of ground cumin

At least 1/2 tbsp of Indonesian sweet soy sauce

Instructions
Boil chicken in broth with the rest of the ingredients until broth much lessen. Discard leaves. Add in carrots, cook til soften and broth almost gone.
Take off from heat, shred chicken with forks
Mix in chopped boiled eggs
Stir in taco seasoning
Set to side to cool down

Skin
Mix milk, water, and heat to lukewarm
Add in sugar and sprinkle with yeast
Let stand to bloom
In a bowl, mix flour and salt, then pour in yeast mixture, knead
Let rest
Steamed Buns
Divide dough, flatten, fill, seam to seal
Let rest buns
Preheat steamers, steam buns for 15 mins
