Flaxseed, Chia, Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pear don’t thaw
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut chunk
  • 1/2 tbsp green tea it’s like a crushed loose leaf instead powder, see picture below
  • 1/4 tbsp chia seeds and ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Process in a blender into smoothie, serve immediately
